Punkrockmusic.com is a network community started by David Franklin (Vision) and Wayne Kaminski, two lifelong friends who grew up together in New Jersey.  They obtained the domain name back in 1999 with a lot of excitement about what was happening with the net.  The idea back then was to launch an e-commerce site; however with Vision’s touring schedule the founder's plans were put on the back burner.  Finally,...only eight years later, the site is up and running.  The excitement never left us and we can't wait to see what the future has in store for this site.      We are moving forward with our plans to build a strong network of bands, record labels, booking agents, promoters and venues.    We realize that making a living and surviving in the music industry is not an easy thing to do.  Our mission is to add another dimension to promoting punk rock music.  We'll do this at live shows, announcing record releases, merchandising, on-line cross promoting to your stores, and "point-blank" we'll help to get the word out about you to everyone we possibly can through our website.

If you want to get involved, register with us, build your profile,  and begin to promote yourself to our community and all the new site visitors discovering our site.   We don't aim to be MySpace, but why bother with them when everyone's joining us?
